Hmm... After seeing certain situations lately in internet, I think I must explain it better here again:

:star: WHAT'S I COULD ALLOW:

:bulletblue: You can make your our version about my pics with my PREVIOUS WRITTEN PERMISSION and ALWAYS GIVING ME CREDIT in your artist's comments below the pic/s. Examples: [link] [link] [link] [link] ...

:bulletblue: You can use pics too for AMV (Anime Music Videos) or Videos for YouTube, for example, EVEN IF YOU CREDIT ME IN VIDEO COMMENTS or IN VIDEO CREDITS to one of my art accounts. Examples: [link] [link] ... and other ones I can't link due to the content of videos.

:bulletblue: You could use some of my pics for backgrounds in CERTAIN sites with my PREVIOUS WRITTEN PERMISSION and ALWAYS GIVING ME CREDIT.

:bulletblue: In forums you ONLY can LINK to my original pics or to my gallery, but I DON'T allow any DIRECT IMAGE posted in any post, for example: [link] or [link] (In fact, it's easier only to link to original pic/gallery, seriously)

I usually don't mind people using my art in these situations as long as they follow my very simple copyright terms:

:bulletgreen: I want full credit, my artistic name (Ireal) displayed by the picture, along with a link back to my gallery/es.
:bulletgreen: The images must not be altered in any way. This means you can't use them for, among things, website graphics, icons/avatars, tubes etc unless I give you my written permission.
:bulletgreen: You may not use my art commercially, make money out of it in any way.

If you're unsure, better leave it be or ask me about it. I have seen in some webs (and here too) people submiting in their own galleries my pics. I've seen some ones too who have used my art, my time and my efforts to roleplay and even moking my art too instead of moking themselves... (you know ppl, problems of TOLERANCE and all that...)

1. Is IREAL your real name? :confused:


- Hehe, NO man, Ireal is my artistic name. Only close people know my name and other personal stuff. I don't use it online. If you write me, you can call me Ireal, Ire, etc... but not my real name, plz.

- Why Ireal70???: Heheeeee No, 70 it's not my year of birth or something... It's only a random number I chose because the name Ireal was taken by other user/s before ^^'


2. Ireal's ACCOUNTS/GALLERIES :gallery:


- If you don't see some links here to certain accounts it's because dA forbits direct links to mature content sites [link] So, DON'T ask me about my other adult accounts/sites, plz. If you want to find this kind of art, you only have to write in Google the magic words (web + my appropiate user name) and you surely will find me there:

- Right now, I CAN'T. I haven't got a Paypal account and enough personal time yet till I don't finish my uni studies, sorry -_-' That's why I only draw my own pics and collabs when I've time since I joined dA and my other galleries to date.


4. Do I accept REQUESTS? :disbelief:


Short answer is NO!!!!

OMG! I have a personal life like you all too!!! I simply don't have the time and the will to draw for free.

I only draw gifts sometimes for close people and in appropriate circumstances I considere. [Check here: Gifts for dA friends Section]


5. Do I accept COLLABORATIONS?:painter:


YES. But it's depends on my time and who asks. Oh my, I love collabs! :love: BUT please, first of all, I'm going to clarify:

1:bulletred: If I COLOR: Colored version will be submited in my account and I always allow to the person who makes the Lineart to submit the colored version in her/his account/s too as long as she/he gives me credit. The effort and all the rights/credits of final version are absolutely for both artists. I'm not going to support anymore people who doesn't allow me to submit colored version in my account too, sorry -_- I just know Lineart is just essential and the first step to create a drawing, BUT I think it's unfair to waste my time for you if you don't allow me to post colored version in my dA account because you have a different concept about a "COLLABORATION". I'm only protecting and supporting my part of work, my efforts and my time. Sorry but I personally love to share this kind of things, I'm not possesive and I don't have the time to draw for you for free ˘_˘

An exemplary and correct Example of Collaboration for me:
Lineart in his account:
Colored version in my account and his account:
and I gave him my permission because without his lineart, there isn't any colored version. A Collab is just a COLLAB.

2:bulletblue: If I do LINEART: So simple: If I wish, Lineart version will be posted in my dA account, obviously, in artist's comments I'll link to your colored version as I allways credit the lineart too when I do the color. Final version, that is, the COLLAB, in your acount (and in my account only if I ask for your permission and you give it to me ^^ )


6. Can you use my artworks? :police:


All images and materials found on this site are being copyrighted to Ireal.
